I don’t doubt they monitor activity across the entire web for keywords, etc. And then construct alternate evidence to be used in court for things they find.
However what Odungo is describing can be accomplished by hacking a server to retrieve logs (or program it to send you logs). (With a warrant, of course)

Osama bin Laden and The Blind Sheik are really in control of Fallujah and truck bombs can’t be far behind. If we intend to protect the Republic, the NRA and Pro-Life causes will have to unite to defeat the Taliban and AQAP. Can nukes be far behind?
