We’ll just coast on our record of inventing and building virtually every significant piece of technology for the last 600 years. You can coast on your record of living off our scraps and begging for handouts. PS- Even the “mediocre” white people have SAT scores 200-300 points higher than yours.

The counter-move to this ruling is for all white people to claim some other ethnicity in every case where it would provide some benefit.
Let them prove you are not whatever ethnicity you care to claim to be.
Can do the same with gender if it comes to that.
If everyone is officially black (even if for this purpose only)... well, that makes it impossible to enact affirmative action programs, doesn’t it?
The fun part comes when they try to put together a test to sort out who is legally of which ethnicity - an impossible feat, that, if attempted, will wholly destroy the racial spoils system.
If an article was published with a similar headline denigrating black or Hispanic ethnicity, Salon would go nuclear over it.
So, why do they have a double standard? Why do they allow such attacks against Caucasians?
Affirmative action has been used in college admissions for at least the past 40 years. That's two full generations. Why is it still necessary?
Yes, you can even use the left's language against them, "Yeah I may be a white male, but I identify as a Black Female Lesbian." The left has been pushing this view that everyone else has to respect what you "identify" as rather than what you really are, so no good leftist is ever going to argue with you, you've boxed them into their own PC trap. Of course the other path is the Elizabeth Warren one, were you get a DNA test and discover that you 1% Indian or Black or something, then you claim affirmative action benefits because of that.
