Donald Trump blasted White House rival Hillary Clinton as a liar abusing a "rigged" system, after the FBI recommended no charges be filed over her use of private email while secretary of state.

"Our system is in fact rigged. It's corrupt, it's rigged, it's disgraceful," a furious Trump told a rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, just hours after Clinton appeared in the state for her debut 2016 campaign event with President Barack Obama.

Remember, Hillary was not found innocent. In fact the FBI says she is guilty. But they just aren’t going to prosecute her. Maybe they have better things to do this summer. Possibly its a busy vacation season or something. Or maybe its just bad for their jobs. But remember they said she was guilty and that others would be punished for the same thing. But she will not be punished because nobody has the will to do it.
