California Delegation Executive Director Cynthia Bryant confirmed at least one member of the delegation was ill, but as many as a dozen delegates were sick with a similar virus, according to CBS San Francisco reporter Doug Sovern.

Any delegates with symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea were asked to contact California GOP officials and refrain from riding the bus with the rest of the delegation.
