The peons don’t get it. The elite need air conditioning so they can properly do the work of governing the people. It’s the peons who don’t need air conditioning.

And not to be outdone, oblahblah should order the A/C removed from the white house and air force one. The congress should be next, like the old days, the worst thing that ever happened to the Capitol Building and the house and senate buildings was installing A/C...when it is hot and unbearable, they would all leave and go back their states, where they would actually stop legislating for months, as it should be, they do LESS damage that way.

Fellow talking to a gal on a train. She has just shared she is a nymphomaniac:
He: Who makes the best lover?
She: Based on my experience it is cowboys followed by Jewish men.
He: I see, so why is a woman of your obvious class taking the train across the country?
She:There are only three states where I have not made love and we are passing through them over the next 4 days. But enough about me, I don't even know your name!
He: Hopalong Ginsberg Ma'am, at your service!
I miss Lewis Grizzard.

'You do not imagine, I hope, that we pigs are doing this in a spirit of selfishness and privilege? Many of us actually dislike milk and apples. I dislike them myself. Our sole object in taking these things is to preserve our health. Milk and apples (this has been proved by Science, comrades) contain substances absolutely necessary to the well-being of a pig. We pigs are brainworkers. The whole management and organisation of this farm depend on us. Day and night we are watching over your welfare. It is for your sake that we drink the milk and eat those apples.

Good idea!...I’ll never work for the State Department. They can sit in their cubicles, sweat and stink up the place.
To: areukiddingme1
DC used to be considered a hardship assignment. This was not necessarily a bad thing.

Did they includes Kerry’s house(s) in that? I didn’t see his name mentioned. It was his idea.
To: Gamecock
