As I’ve said elsewhere, I don’t believe the information on Hillary’s bathroom server was entitled to any legal protection by the United States government. It was not an officially authorized or secured communications system, and therefore not “official channels” for her communications. Therefore, hacking into it was technically not any diplomatic violation of “espionage.”

They did. But they are now looking at perjury and foundation. If anyone has new evidence that she thought she destroyed forever, they should turn it in.
