My daughter is lactose intolerant and I’m pretty sure she is Caucasian.
And those poor cows. They are manhandled twice a day. They are cows of color.
I remember the first few times ice cream had me in the bathroom twenty minutes are eating it.

Tofu is soy, it’s poison for me as I’m Hypothyroid and take Synthyroid. So I have to read labels. That crap Horse Manure tasting ENSURE is basically soy. That and Grapefruit, which I hated to have to give up. I miss my Vodka and Grapefruit — Salty dog, no salt. Had to take up Scotch on the rocks.
Give me Ribs, burgers, Brats, hot dogs, ham, roast, chops, bacon, sausage, chicken, turkey, cat fish, and I’m in meat heaven. I like a Paleo diet. What I can’t grill gets fried, roasted or put in the crock pot.
Notice no sea food items, they hate my gut. HMM that is several white foods too.
