We need to know if Tim Kaine is our likely POTUS within her first four years. It's also an issue of national security if she is lying as foreign agents likely have her complete records.
It goes to her judgment, her fitness for the office, and her truthfulness with the American public.

Use surrogates (doctors if possible) and ask Dems be held to the same standard as Senator McCain.
Seems.to me, that a candidate for POTUS, who has a history of blood clots, with at least one causing brain damage/stroke, should be required to provide medical records to the public. In fact, if her health is so terrific, then she should WANT to provide them to alleviate any questions. If she were a Republican, it would be a major issue in the campaign. Being Hillary Clinton makes her exempt from everything, including truthful answers.
