First, this Elizabeth Trudeau now has her own legal problems because she is not employed by General Counsel for the State Department and therefore is barred from representing the legal views of the US Government on conflicts of interest.

Second, this is twaddle. Of course Hillary's aides, direct reports under her full and total control, can no more make decisions benefiting the Clinton Foundation than can Hillary herself.
