Federal tyranny and unconstitutional as all executive legislation - “regulations” - are, and which the states must NULLIFY AND REJECT.
IMO, they want us to spend our money on ammunition and such instead of Donald Trump’s candidacy.
It’s always been the root currency along with beans.

Under such conditions, Gold and Jewelry don’t matter.
The only thing that matters to survival under such conditions are BEANS and BULLETS.

ATF’s June 2016 Explosives Industry Newsletter included a brief discussion of Nitrocellulose, and attempted to clarify the circumstances under which wetted Nitrocellulose is considered a high explosive under 27 CFR, Part 555. As with all explosives, ATF’s focus is on the potential public safety risks associated with materials that can be misused or diverted to unlawful purposes. Subsequent contact from industry members who import, transport, store or employ wetted Nitrocellulose in the production of ammunition, however, has brought to our attention issues that were not fully addressed in the Newsletter and require further consultation and consideration with the industry. Accordingly, ATF has and will conduct further industry outreach concerning wetted Nitrocellulose. In the interim, previously authorized industry practices concerning wetted Nitrocellulose will not be affected

You can’t make a loophole, because this effects the manufacturer not the end user. Anyway, just placed a big order with my on-line ammo supplier to make sure I am not short as a result of these a$$holes at the BATFE. And as another poster commented, President Trump needs to seriously reform or get rid of the BATFE. The only good news here is that Jeh Johnson will be gone as of the inauguration.

A lot of people would agree that this is an irresponsible policy change, and the fact that it came in the form of a newsletter is frustrating for many. It sounds like the legal battle is just beginning on this one, but hopefully they get to the bottom of why this change was made so drastically.Happened in June, BTW.It’s worth noting that nothing major is likely to be affected by this policy change, since no major manufacturer has been contacted or notified of any such information. In addition, the ATF has granted waivers to ammunition manufactures in the past. Source
