Glossing over the 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi that claimed the lives of four U.S. diplomats, Hillary Clinton on Wednesday night claimed that “we did not lose a single American” due to military intervention in Libya.
Speaking at a veterans’ forum hosted by NBC News, the former secretary of state said she stands by the 2011 decision to take action in Libya and that America suffered no casualties.

When asked about Benghazi she replied, “I don’t recall.”
She’s keeping to the classic propagandist Goebbel’s teaching of repeat, repeat, repeat the lie - and it will eventually become the truth in the mind of the uneducated.
The human mind is a frightening thing. She knows if she repeats it enough, the press will pick it up, and soon kids that were never aware will be astounded and never believe the truth, just like little Muslims don’t believe in the Holocaust.
She said that no Americans were lost in Libya as a result of military action, not that no Americans were lost.
That is, she is parsing words.
She is saying that it does not matter how many Americans are killed by other means, as long as we avoid sending military personnel in to rescue them—because military personnel could get killed on the job.
I’ll bet it doesn’t even occur to her that had she allowed the military to go in to rescue the embassy personnel, the American people would have tolerated losing a few of them in action if it meant saving the embassy staff. And this issue wouldn’t keep coming back to haunt her.
Would someone please ask her who, besides ISIS, benefited from the destruction of Libya?
