Gazillionaire Black athletes pissing on the Flag in the name of inequality doesn’t make sense to me.
They? Certainly not the players that were forced to stand.
I was at the game yesterday. There were all branches of the military as well as police and firefighters that brought out the huge flag that covered the field as well as some standing in the endzones and a color guard in one endzone.
When the military came out with the flag rolled up, the folks in the stands were on their feet cheering and remained cheering for a while (except for a brief moment when the Dolphins came on the field and folks booed - SOP for the opposing team). It was beautiful and the military guy that sang the national anthem did a lovely job.
