The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez inaugurated the mural along with members of the community, artists and activists from the U.S. and Latin America.
Rodriguez was also accompanied by members of the African American community in the Bronx. During the inauguration people shouted, “You can see him, you can feel him! Chavez is present!"

This presents a huge security problem for the FBI, ICE, DHS etc. and they don’t know it.
The NYPD’s intelligence division (the old Red Squad) was abolished years ago by a combination of NY Communists and sympathizers (ACLU), black and Hispanic radicals, and liberal fools (of which NYC has more than its’ share).
These guys were excellent despite some problems with the upper echelon leadership. I know from personal experience. One day, if certain files are declassified, I might be able to tell you a very interesting story about this.

This kind of political ‘seance’, or spiritism seems to be standard, from Evita to Chavez: the “dead” person’s spirit arrives and is with the people.
Maduro broke into sobs recently in Venezuela when he saw the painting of a bird, which he said represented Chavez’s spirit; and then said that “Chavez is with us!”
It is truly amazing how the left is never held to account.

Interesting if the Venezuelan reds are working with Venezuelan immigrants in the US. Could be a violation of US laws including the Logan Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act, Immigration laws (if they still exist), etc.
Might be the subject of a good congressional investigation.
Oh, I forgot. Congress has NO internal security committees or subcommittees. The Democrats got rid of all of them between 1975 and 1981. Select Intelligence Committees, if they still exist as such today, are useless unless we get a chairman who knows the subject.
