Clinton server tech told FBI of colleagues' worries about system

A technician hired by Hillary Clinton to run the private email system she used while U.S. secretary of state told investigators he tried to pass on colleagues' concerns that the system might not comply with records laws, FBI interview summaries show.

Bryan Pagliano, the technician Clinton hired when she joined the State Department in 2009, told federal investigators he relayed the concerns to Cheryl Mills, then Clinton's chief of staff.

Mills, whose lawyer did not respond to requests for comment, has previously testified under oath she could not recall anyone alerting her to potential problems with Clinton's email arrangement.

The episode had not been disclosed until the Federal Bureau of Investigation released on Friday night nearly 200 pages of additional records from its year-long investigation into the handling of classified government documents by Clinton and her staff via an unauthorized email server in the basement of her New York home.

Clinton has said the decision to use a private email system was a mistake, but the controversy has dogged her campaign as the Democratic candidate for the presidency and raised public doubts about her trustworthiness, public opinion polls show. Republicans have criticized her for putting national security at risk.

The FBI closed the year-long investigation in July, recommending no charges, although FBI Director James Comey said Clinton and her staff had been "extremely careless" in handling classified government secrets.

"Don't remember" is an excellent backup to "I plead the Fifth."

There needs to be a complete overhaul of the FBI , with extensive internal investigations , under a Trump administration . Those identified as complicit with Obama era corruption of operations need to be indicted , tried ,convicted and sentenced under Federal laws .

Penalties for treason need to be reinstated

Start with a 40% reduction-in-force to get rid of the useless "suits".

“Don’t remember” is an excellent backup to “I plead the Fifth.”

Actually the Clintonites have five responses: 1. I don’t remember. 2. I take the 5th. 3. I have immunity. 4. Don’t you know who I am? 5. Get bent Feeb.
They blow off subpoenas & deposition questions like illegals FTA for follow-up administrative hearings.

If you look back to the time frame when Cheryl Mills ans a couple of other Clinton aides were granted immunity, the lawyers for Mills and the rest of the Clinton inner circle were actively threatening investigators that they were going to destroy their email records

Investigators from the CIA, DIA and NSA were desperate to get information on how badly our national security had been compromised and who had been able to hack the information

They really needed to see the computers to forensically examine them to find out what was exposed and who saw the top secret info

The DOJ colluded with Clinton inner circle to frustrate the FBI and intelligence communities efforts seize the computers and accounts by ordinary legal means ( including having an FBI Swat team raid the homes of Mills and her co conspirators in the clinton circle ) .

Instead, the DOJ wrongfully used this panicked desperation on the part to our intelligence community as a pretext to draft immunity agreements that basically shut down investigation and shielded the Clinton inner circle from Prosecution and prevented the turning of states evidence. I think when push comes to shove Loretta Lynch and Comey will use this national security dodge to excuse their obstruction of justice and cover up

There was no legal reason for the investigators to put up with the Clinton inner circle's threats to destroy evidence . The Clinton inner circle granted immunity were high level State Dept employees who were contractually obligated to produce the stolen top secret documents in their possession.

Convicted spy Aldrich Ames also stole secret information and stored on his personal systems and the FBI didn't go through the Clinton shuck and jive intimidation charade to keep them from raiding and seizing Ames stolen espionage papers

One of the really frustrating things about all this, is we still have no idea what was testified to under the grant of immunity by the 5 that we know of who were granted immunity by the FBI. Given that the FBI has officially said that no crime occurred, what possible excuse could they have for not releasing said testimony.

Mills is a co-conspirator thus the attorney-client privilege is null and void.

Can’t have treason without a “declared war”!
These actions clearly violate numerous nation security & espionage laws. That’s what needs to be rigorously applied.

The NSA, CIA, DIA, etc. were treated as hostile actors by the State Department chief, Hillary Clinton. This is scary. Just which government will she be representing, if any(!), upon election to the Presidency?

Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore.

If Comey is correct, its also true that all of the people who were granted immunity for turning over computers and storage devices screwed the FBI by BleachBitting their devices to destroy all the incriminating data they did not want the FBI , CIA , NSA and DIA to see

So in effect. The DOJ immunity gave Mills and the rest of the Clinton inner circle defacto immunity from prosecution for their destruction of evidence instead if turning over the intact evidence. This is no doubt one of the things Comey is trying to conceal

The classified info on the Clinton server is of secondary importance.

What the media is failing to mention is WHY she setup a second, private server. The old excuse of wanting to use “only one device” is complete and utter BS. Discredited long ago.

She should be forced to answer that question again.
