The mother of one of the San Bernardino terrorists has filed new court documents demanding a judge give her the proceeds of two life insurance policies seized by the U.S. government.
Rafia Farook argues in the filing she's owed the $275,000 because she is an, "innocent third party beneficiary," of the policies, and had no role in the attack last December that killed 14 and injured 22.

Farook has also asked the judge to order the government to pay her attorney fees.

The “instigator and owner of the policy” is NOT innocent, and his estate has to still undergo civil lawsuits.
Screw that old Muslim woman. That money would just fund more killing.
Were the majority of the victims Jewish? Seems to me Muslim terror is against INFIDELS, both Jews and Christians.
The policies will probably fall into the category of "fraud". Sometimes a two year grace.

She’ll probably get it from some lib activist judge. But the survivors should be the ones receiving any monies that might be paid out. In requesting the money this old infidel just shows how cold hearted she really is. No shame!

Bet the attorney’s fees are on the high side. I’m amazed the government is not providing her with free counsel. She should sue for the pain and suffering caused by this evidently racist omission.

Everything else aside, the man took actions that he was perfectly aware would result in his death. There is no possible reason the insurance company should pay.
Don’t most LI polices have an exclusion that it doesn’t pay out if you die while committing a felony?

I know what you are saying in reply to the #2 post BUT I object to your surrender of terminology to the Islamists. Jews and Christians are INFIDELS ONLY to Muslims in today's news environment. I'd recommend using their term, Kafir (the Arabic term meaning "disbeliever"). Pedantic YES, but if we are going to have a war of words, lets not demean our language!
