Good thought.
Have the service providers do the permits and fees in a government and private business partnership.
That process would cost much less and could be done much quicker.

I hope this Texas lawsuit succeeds. It's our last hope.

Notice only Republican states and governors are suing to stop evil Obama’s giveaway of the Internet to foreign dictatorships.

This shows the democrats or liberals welcome foreign dictatorships censoring American web sites and taxing Americans who purchase things on the Internet. Anyone that would vote for a democrat/communist is insane.
