I love visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. I can’t say anything bad about Disneylands here.
The “annual passes” thing is what annoys me. They should be like buying a ticket for any and all days. It’s what ticks me off about airline miles too. They should be like cash, allowing you to schedule a flight any day you want, providing it’s not already sold out, of course.
The last thing they should ask is “how are you paying”, and miles translate to miles per dollar, regardless of day.
This is why I don’t use coupons for meals and stuff. I want to enjoy the good or service and then pay for it. And if I pay in advance for a really good deal, it doesn’t mean I’m just padding their “slow times”.
There are no muslims in Japan.
I'm not sure what the article was talking about though.... Hollywood Studios was pretty impressive and easily the most interesting place we went.
The Magic Kingdom was crowded, on an off-day, at a non-peak, cool, time of the year. In July, it must be like the 9th circle of hell.
Epcot would have been interesting in 1985. Now, not so much. "Meh", was the kid's take.
Animal Kingdom, in a word, sucked. But in it's defense, we *do* have one of the best zoos in the country in our backyard, so our bar is pretty high.
Coolest place we went? The 5-story arcade at Disney Springs. Went there on a whim (nothing to do one afternoon) and wished we'd allotted more time. Had the place pretty much to ourselves. WBill Jr designed his own roller coaster, then rode it in a 360 degree motion simulator. Barf-inducing.....
We love Disney, and the annual pass is good value—I prefer to go off season and off days. Let’s see what else...
Disney World has mosquitoes and alligators! Last I checked, everywhere in FL has mosquitoes and alligators.
Rides change and construction shuts down some rides? Really, I would have never figured that out.
Disneyland is gone away and left. It is 100% politically corrected, and in thrall to cultural marxism.

Never went there. Probably never will. Some of Disney movies are excellent. Though many are sappy and the 7 minute cartoons are not edgy like Warner toons. I find Bambi personally offensive as a deer hunter.
Went to Universal around 18 years ago with my kids. Enjoyable but so hot for April that we scrubbed our Disney plan for the next day to enjoy the ocean breezes at Cape Canaveral NASA site. I enjoyed that as did my family.
My kids are grown and I dont see grandchildren in the immediate future, so I see no reason to go.
Walt Disney is doing 360s in his grave.
Disney makes a profit and must give something of value.
We forget they have (casino free) cruise ships too.

LOL! We learned pretty quick when we moved to FL in ‘86 that in FL, if there’s water, there could be a gator. The ones on the nature preserve of KSC were YUGE. And plentiful too. Not long after we moved there a friend came to visit and we went to the magic kingdom during a tropical storm/hurricane “event”. The place was nearly deserted and we had an awesome time despite the constant rain bands. Weren’t no lines for anything that day.

Not true. It has been estimated that the Japanese Muslim population amounts to 70,000–100,000 people. Extremely small in comparison to other countries, but there nonetheless.

Been to World and Land. I much prefer Disneyland. But I don’t plan on going back.
I know, Disney is awesome and I’d be happy spending a few days in Epcot any time. I loved Animal Kingdom and so did the kids. And Hollywood studios is fun too. The India Jones show is cool and the kids love the RR coaster and the Tower of Terror. People need to lighten up. Disney is fun and educational. And, as a shareholder, it’s made me a ton of money. As long as people have kids, there will be Disney.
their annual candlelight vigil series during the holidays is very original Christmas and well attended. VERY un PC.
Their are a business and have a responsibility to shareholders.
Indiana jones at wdw is gone, to be replaced by star wars land. (timely considering the NuStar Trek cast just committed franchise suicide)
