Our latest national NBC/WSJ poll is bad news for Donald Trump's prospects three weeks out until Election Day, and the problem for him runs deeper than the headline result showing Trump trailing Hillary Clinton by double digits. He's also underperforming Mitt Romney with key parts of the electorate, including women, men, Latinos, whites, and whites with college degrees. Just look at comparison between Trump's standing in our new poll and Romney's eventual standing in the 2012 exit poll:
As NBC/WSJ co-pollster Bill McInturff (R) observes, these numbers in the poll don't align with anyone who has gone on to win a presidential election. So if Trump is going to win with three weeks to go, it will be one of the most dramatic comebacks in the history of American politics.

I am shocked I tell you...shocked...and when he wins by the biggest landslide in history NBC huckters disguised at pollsters using Dem weightings that have never existed in any cycle they will say what? We were wrong? We don’t know how we got it wrong...I strongly suggest they put an ad in Craigs List for a new job because in three weeks F Chuck Todds pollsters will be OBSOLETE.
Agreed. At least the National Enquirer from time to time admits they make up their stuff (mind you they are the ones who first broke the John Edwards baby story, if my memory serves me properly).

Herself is VASTLY underperforming what the Current Occupant was delivering in 2008 and 2012. So to say The Donald is “underperforming” is a moot point at this stage of the game.
So sayeth NBC, anyway.
This could possibly be true if the poll was true. But considering the pollster is literally on the Clinton payroll, and created a poll that assumes democrats will turn out in greater numbers for Hillary than they did for Obama in 2008...well, the whole thing comes crumbling down.

Who cares how Trump’s numbers stack up against Romney’s numbers. Romney lost, thanks to the Democrat media turning that Mr. Milquetoast into Scrouge, who let his worker’s wife die of cancer.
NBC uses their garbage polls to dole out their analysis
I keep wondering if this bogus polling might backfire. Most of Hillary’s potential voters are not enthused about voting for her. If they think it’s a done deal, maybe they will just stay home.
And NBC Polling has consistently been wrong during the Primaries about outcomes. They reached the point they are a laughing stock.

The “polls” also said Brexit would fail.
It's part of the (gaslighting) script. This week is going to be all "Crooked in a landslide," including a post-debate bounce.
It would appear that the purpose of this is to fool as many as possible into thinking that Hillary really is leading by a huge margin so that they can fake the vote count to show her winning by a hairline margin and say that she won by a smaller than expected margin. Half the population is stupid enough to believe it.
