House Dem on ‘Quid Pro Quo’ Emails: Maybe FBI or State Dept Employee’s Conduct ‘Should Be Looked At’

BY: Chandler Gill

October 18, 2016 10:02 am

Rep. Jerrod Nadler (D., N.Y.) told CNN’s Aliysn Camerota on Tuesday that the alleged “quid pro quo” conversation between the State Department and FBI regarding the classification of one of Hillary Clinton’s private emails may mean that the conduct of those involved “should be looked at.”

“Now, does this mean that maybe the conduct of one of the people involved in the FBI or in the State Department should be looked at?” Nadler asked. “Maybe.”

Camerota had quoted directly from one of the notes recently released by the FBI indicating that there was a “quid pro quo” conversation between senior State Department official Patrick Kennedy and an unnamed FBI member:

“[Redacted] indicated he had been contacted by PATRICK KENNEDY, Undersecretary of State, who had asked his assistance in altering the email’s classification in exchange for a ‘quid pro quo,’” the 302 states. “[Redacted] advised that in exchange for marking the email unclassified, STATE would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden.”

“That’s how the FBI characterized it,” Camerota said. Nadler said there are “conflicting accounts” on the issue because a New York Times report from Tuesday morning indicated the initial request came from the FBI rather than the State Department

Obama: FBI-State Deal on Clinton E-Mail ‘Just Not True’

President remarks on reports of quid pro quo between agencies FBI documents released Monday detail discussions on e-mails

President Barack Obama said claims that officials at the State Department and FBI discussed a quid pro quo agreement over the classification of an e-mail on Hillary Clinton’s private server were "just not true."

"Some of the more sensational implications or appearances aren’t based on actual events," Obama said Tuesday during a news conference with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi at the White House.

This will be tough one for Democrats. If they claim “nothing to see here, inter-agency bargaining goes on all the time” it plays to Trump’s “corrupt business as usual” need for change.

FBI agents say the bureau is alarmed over Director James Comey deciding not to suggest that the Justice Department prosecute Hillary Clinton over her mishandling of classified information.

According to an interview transcript given to The Daily Caller, provided by an intermediary who spoke to two federal agents with the bureau last Friday, agents are frustrated by Comey’s leadership.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo, you don’t say!?

Maybe the entire government should be prosecuted and jailed for being utterly, totally and completely corrupt too!

And then lets shut the whole thing down, wield the doors shut and encase the entire thing in a sea of concrete, so it can never be used again, because TO HELL WITH ALL OF YOU!

POTUS and Rep Nadler are alleging apparently that FBI agents lied.

Today at the White House, Obama basically stated that the reporting FBI Special Agent that authored and signed the Form 302s and SAC Special Agent in Charge that approved the FBI agent reports have lied.

A FD-302 form is used by FBI agents

“A forms list from an internal FBI Website lists the FD-302 as Form for Reporting Information That May Become Testimony.”

Now POTUS today states that those FBI Agent reports are:

‘Not True’

Well then Rep Nadler should immediately file a complaint with The FBI Internal Affairs Division against those FBI Agents and Supervisors for falsifying official FBI reports.

FBI Internal Affairs Information

The Internal Affairs division of the FBI oversees the entire department as a whole. Each agent of the division performs daily duties on investigations to make sure the department meets its required expectations.

Each complaint submitted towards an agent of the FBI is carefully read by the IA division members. Once the complaint has been fully reviewed, the IA agent will speak to the offending agent involved in the complaint. IA will then speak to the individual that submitted the complaint.

If you would like to submit a complaint towards an agent of the FBI, you may check out the proper format here: http://nextrevolutionrp.userboard.net/t86-ic-fbi-ia-complaint-form, and you may post the complaint here: http://nextrevolutionrp.userboard.net/f56-administrative-requests

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for an IA agent to review the complaint.

New Report By The FBI Reveals The State Department Coercing The FBI

New Report By The FBI Reveals The State Department Coercing The FBI To Fraudulently Fake Documents To Help Hillary Clinton Win The Election

Walid Shoebat — October 18, 2016

This is amazing and shows the collusion between Hillary Clinton and the State Department to aid Hillary through coercion. This should spread like wildfire in exposing the corruption. These new documents released by the FBI just this morning show that Patrick Kennedy, a senior State Department official, tried to convince the FBI to mark specific emails unclassified in exchange for a quid pro quo.

First, there’s a dustup between the State Department and the FBI over classification:

There came a point during Watergate where enough stuff came out of Nixon’s break ins, cover ups, leveraging the AG to make the Special Prosecutor go away (here we did not even get one, so they learned from Nixon to stop that before it starts) The dirty tricks group known as the “Plumbers”

That finally his own party could no longer turn its head and yell ‘witch hunt’ Maybe we are getting to that tipping point.

The Bureaucrat at the Center of Hillary’s Scandals

Patrick Kennedy has been linked to Benghazi and Hillary Clinton’s private email server. Here's how he survived years of GOP and FBI investigations.

What is really infuriating about this is that we have no legal recourse.

Not even through elections, because these bastards have corrupted elections as well.

These sons of bitches are legally untouchable.

Maybe Loretta Lynch will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate this.

Trying to remember the last time a special prosecutor ever resulted in anything. Oh yeah, never.

Maybe congress will let Trey Gowdy investigate this for the next twenty years, and he can go in front of the camera and act all outraged or whatever it is that he does. Trying to remember the last time a congressional investigation ever amounted to anything. Oh yeah, never.

Maybe Jason Chaffitz, or whatever his name is, will subpoena the FBI again, so he can look cool on Fox News or something. Trying to remember what that subpoena actually resulted in . Oh yeah, nothing!

I’ve about had enough of this sh*t.

There will NEVER be a point, like in Watergate, that any Democrat leadership will take the long walk up the driveway to one of Hillary’s safe houses and tell her ‘enough is enough you need to step down’. Won’t happen, can’t happen, would NEVER happen. There is NO integrity and certainly no shame in Hillary or in the DNC.

The only lesson these people learned from Watergate was to be more thorough in the cover-up.

Bill Clinton proved in his impeachment that if you dig in, attack, fight, throw scurrilous charges at your accusers, you CAN SURVIVE.

Hence from now on they shall ALL be doing it.

Young Hillary learned well how to obtain and lock in "plausible deniability". She added her own skills by being forgetful, developing exquisite obfuscation, running out the clock, in addition to the deny, attack the attacker, and the BIG ONE - the politics of personal destruction. Now THERE'S a legacy!
