If true, Trump must ask for Roberts resignation after he takes office in January.

If that email exists then it needs to be posted here.
Also needs to be impossible to interpret any other way.

Where is the email about Roberts?

I hate the failure by these folks to use references. Here is the key text:

Here is Neera Tanden [Podesta's Center for American Progress] writing in the June 2, 2015 WikiLeaks:

As Jennifer will remember, it was pretty critical that the President threw the gauntlet down last time on the Court, warning them in the first case that it would politicize the role of the Court for them to rule against the ACA. As a close reader of the case, I honestly believe that was vital to scaring Roberts off.

In this case, I'm not arguing that Hillary spend a lot of time attacking the Court. I do think it would be very helpful to all of our interest in a decision affirming the law, for Roberts and perhaps Kennedy to see negative political consequences to ruling against the government. Therefore, I think it would be helpful to have a story of how progressives and Hillary would make the Supreme Court an election issue (which would be a ready argument for liberals) if the Court rules against the government.

It's not that you wish that happens. But that would be the necessary consequence of a negative decision...the Court itself would become a hugely important political issue.

At CAP Action, we can get that story started. But kinda rests on you guys to make it stick.

I do believe some shenanigans took place to compromise Justice John Roberts in a few of his decisions.

However, I also wish that the accusers took the time to get their facts straight as it distracts from their message. The Roberts family includes two adopted children: one daughter, and one son [not two daughters]. Also it is inferred that the adoption was somewhat irregular. I remember when Roberts was nominated that some on the left were saying that there was something off about the adoption from Argentina. Their inference was that Roberts and his wife went to Argentina to adopt so they could get white infants.

I am not certain whether any of this is true, but the adoption issue seems to be coming forth again.

Isn’t Chris Hayes the MSNBC host with the thick glasses and creepy stare?

Well,we pretty much knew this...we shouldn't be surprised.Obala and his co-conspirators waved some sort of carrot (and/or stick) in his face and he caved.

The Mexican drug cartels do it all the time with police, politicians and judges.I can't recall the Spanish but it translates to "silver or lead".Meaning,or course...."refuse our offer of money and you get a bullet".

This article describes liberal fascism. Its really simple. Socialists Obama and Clinton and their associate thugs believe they are morally superior, a justification for all wrongs they do.Including rigging the election system of the USA, the courts and the DOJ, and denuding the military of traditionally patriotic oriented commanders.

We must rid ourselves of Obama and Clinton, fascists all.

You do not believe Obama and Clinton are fascists?

Its a serious breach of judicial ethics for a judge to have any conversations about a pending case outside the courtroom.

“Ex Parte,
An ex parte decision is one decided by a judge without requiring all of the parties to the controversy to be present. In Australian, Canadian, U.K., South African, Indian and U.S. legal doctrines, ex parte means a legal proceeding brought by one person in the absence of and without representation or notification of other parties. It is also used more loosely to refer to improper unilateral contacts with a court, arbitrator or represented party without notice to the other party or counsel for that party.”

If Roberts privately discussed the case with Obama, he needs to be impeached.

If this is true, 0-care should be considered invalid and suspended pending investigation. Obama or any of those that took part would be guilty of making threats to a federal official in order to facilitate a favorable decision. I would think that these are high criminal offenses. If 0bama pardoned these people for these offenses, that would be an admission that this crime had been committed against the Supreme Court and the people.
Can 0bama pardon himself? If not, I would think that the people, that is anyone that has suffered under 0bamacare, would have standing to sue 0bama.

I am going to bet on several things, if the Wikileaks stuff is able to stick and it looks like Trump is going to win on election night.

The Clintons will leave the country and seek asylum.

0bama will issue a Presidential pardon to them.

Trump had better have the best Secret Service Protection we the people can give him.

3 days before Antonin Scalia's death Podesta talked about "wet works" which is a KGB term for assassination. Obama was in on the emails and knew about it which is why he insulated himself from prosecution by appointing Loretta Lynch and keeping James Comey as FBI Director.

Washngton DC... where 'elites' are common thugs...
