And he should arrest Obama.
And uncover the full details of exactly how he was pressured by the Muslim traitor in office to betray the American people. I imagine that if Trump wins there will be some planes outbound from the U.S. to seek asylum in foreign Muslim countries and many will be upper WH staffers...

Give Roberts the opportunity to resign if true so this whole thing can end along with the impending scandals. If he is to rule in the opposite with a Trump administration in place, the caterwauling will undoubtedly be deafening. But then again, why even reverse yourself as he would know the opposition will forever hang this over his head.

I understand what you are saying, but the Executive Branch has no jurisdiction over the judicial. Roberts probably would say, “Go screw yourself.”
