It can be used to show how she likes to rig elections, but the US has been rigging foreign elections since 1945. Low information voters might think it's a big deal in the context of our domestic rigged election, though.

What is useful to use for even high information voters is the part where she says that there is no harm in talking to an opponent, even if we believe they are evil. She was referring to Hamas, but she uses the Soviet Union as an example of a country we talked to even though they invaded, killed, pointed missiles at us, etc. Trump can say that is all he ever said.
