Absolutely. Soros has expanded his operation to college campuses, where outsiders are brought in to instigate riots. Soros needs a price on his head.
There was a report around recently that Russia has made that offer. But that was probably fake news.
Don't forget the rest of the billionaire club to include Obama's favorite billionaire, Buffet. Without his skewing the securities ratings, none of this could have happened. They should all be brought to trial and their assets given back to their victims--not the government or the president's cronies.

Is there a need to point out George Soros’ role in this election? Someone ignited the corrupt news media and that individual was George Soros. Yes, through his many political connections and through his many foundations and nonprofits he lit the anti-Trump fire that has now spread not only across this nation but across the world. Soros should be on the top of every deportation list. However, it may be hard finding a country that will take him with sixteen nations currently holding open warrants for his immediate arrest, including Russia and Great Britain, no one wants this guy. That then leads to the question of why we want him. This guy has done not one good thing for America since his arrival. Remember, this is the guy that screwed up the American automotive industry and the guy who gave us Barack Hussein.
The summer mansion and estate of George Soros is located in Bedford, New York. Just as a point of interest you should also know that Chelsea Clinton was married in Soros’s Bedford mansion.
