Vice president-elect Mike Pence was loudly booed by audience members as he walked into the Richard Rodgers Theatre in midtown Friday to watch "Hamilton."
Video posted to social media shows the audience at the Broadway show both loudly clapping and booing as Pence walked into the theater with Secret Service in tow.
"Here's Pence getting booed as he gets to his seats at Hamilton, tweeted an audience member who captured the loud reaction on video. "Everything was calm and then we heard almost a hysterical booing, went on for a long time," Ron Rawlings, who was visiting from Dallas, Texas, told NBC 4 New York. "As my daughter and I stood up to see what was going on, we saw Vice President-elect Pence coming in.

I’d rather be booed by these a-holes and cheered by American workers.
I’m starting to think that we are dealing with people that are no longer human . . . the walking dead.
I read on another website that at the end of the play somebody from the cast - with the whole cast behind him - read from a piece of paper that castigated our VP Elect about tolerance - unbelievably classless and propogating a false narrative.
BTW, I’ve seen Phantom of the Opera FOUR times, so I’m done. It’s one of the FEW musicals or plays I liked, besides opera occasionally.
I dont work in Manhattan anymore, and besides the occasional opera once or twice a year, I am DONE with it.
I HATE the skyline now anyway.
Only TRUMP put forth a mini replica of the original buildings to build.
But the families of those who died didn’t want that. So we got this ugly needle thingy building.
My pop die in a hotel near Niagara Falls. I asked them to rip it down and build a new one. They did not.
Those buildings belonged to every NYer, not just the ones who died in it.

Like rioting know-nothings in the streets, this will backfire big time. This behavior is the equivalent of desecrating the flag. I expect Trump to come back hard on this. They make it so easy.
