And his Pop was probably very wealthy because HE worked his ass off to make it and own the American Dream.
It’s a success story for all of us, as opposed to an Affirmative Action story that produces... well, we already saw what that produces.

I never got out of that lower middle class mindset and I’m blown away by what some cousins and sisters/brothers are making!
But it was ALL hard work.
And I can’t complain :) Have a comfortable life.
But I tell my niece, who’s 26 and has saved about 18k, IT DOESN’T DO ANYTHING AT ZERO PERCENT!!
She is young. Now is the time to take calculated chances. But she is in the lower middle class frame of thought and terrified of losing it and thinks it’s a tremendous amount.
