What about a top secret security clearance?
Please show me a list (link validating ) of David Petraeus, and his political positions?
Moreover, the Secretary of State represents the Will of the POTUS and not his own personal views.
Petraeus is not a felon.
The woman he shared documents with was not a journalist. She was an Army intelligence officer with a secret clearance. Hillary had her maid handling her documents, plus a Muslim, plus a child pervert.
We don’t know exactly what was going on there. Petraeus was ready to spill the beans about Benghazi and spilled enough to cause problems. They tried to blackmail him and he stood up and admitted the affair.
I’m not your research assistant moron. Look up his political positins yourself. Everything I said I extensively documented. Moreover, no matter what you say about SOS, nothing but a moron hires someone do something extremely important for you, when you know that person espouses the exact opposite goals and views.
A clearance does not give you the legal right to view anything at that security level that you please. It does not give you the right to keep those materials at home. It does not give you a right to fool around with information that you are not working with.
Also, at the time she was a journalist in the broad sense that she had already written a biography about him and was working on a new book.
As for him spilling the beans on Benghazi, he didn’t and wouldn’t. He was one of the creators and fans of the entire policy of smuggling weapons to the Syrian rebel movement. And as for standing up and admitting it, no, he was busted when she went nuclear bimbo on that McDill SOCOM wife Jill Kelly who she though was moving in on her man Petraeus. Then the FBI saw his scam too.
The entire rack of generals and foreign policy wonks from the Bush and Obama era are worthless and need to be skipped over. I didn’t vote for Trump to get a clone of Bush’s foreign policy.
State has a big classified material problem. For that reason alone you can't put somebody in charge that has a classified material problem.

Trump also said he was going to completely eliminate “odumbo care”, seems he has now decided to keep parts of it. That’s a start to cause some mis-trusts.
I still want to know who set him up. And if he ‘owes’ anyone for helping him afterwards.

We are talking about verbal fights here, not physical, and height DOES make a difference in perception. Trump himself has stated that he thinks Romney, among other things, looks the part of a SOS. Guiliani does not. However, I would prefer Rudi. But he is too long in the tooth and looks it.
Trump knows what he wants here for SOS. I suspect he could very well choose Romney over Guiliani. and a good part of it will be because Romney looks the part and Rudi doesn’t, among other things. We shall know soon.
