The Department of Health and Human Services is raiding several of its accounts, including money for Medicare, the Ryan White AIDS/HIV program and those for cancer and flu research to cover a shortfall in housing illegal youths pouring over the border at a rate of 255 a day.
HHS is trying to come up with $167 million to fund the Office of Refugee Resettlement that is accepting the youths, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.
Policy Director Jessica Vaughan said that insiders have told her that the funding crisis has forced the department to squeeze programs for money.
She just revealed on the CIS website:

They say that because they are Central Americans it makes it more difficult to send them back. I say they travelled through Mexico, shove em back over the border and make them Mexicos problem. They are NOT refugees.
round them up and fill up one way flights back to south america. Cheaper and does not divert any truly needed monies from US CITIZENS.

Ship these “youths” pouring over the border immediately back home and 1.) then we can start spending American tax dollars on Americans, as we should have been doing all along, and 2.) youths back home will stop presenting themselves to us for three hots and cots, education and medication. Two years ago, a bunch of them were flown from Phoenix to Baltimore in the dead of night. I was on the flight and made enough of a stink the handlers were watching me and commenting.
I posted it on FR. some freeper called the media. The scum handlers were really mad at me when they deplaned and there was a tv crew.
A local talk radio host was discussing it the next day (he was a Freeper)

And compared to $167 mil a month, it would be chickenfeed to load them up on a plane to their countries of origin in Central America or even further.

Yep. Real Americans are paying for this and needy Americans are suffering because of it all at the behest of Obama and his minions. (No disrespect to those little minion guys.)
