In response to a class action lawsuit by as many as 3,500 ready-to-hire air traffic controller applicants whose names were "purged" so the Federal Aviation Administration could hire based on race, federal lawyers asserted that the administration is immune from liability for denying constitutional equal protection because of sovereign immunity. In other words, they claim protection by the legal maxim rex non potest peccare, which means, "the king can do no wrong."

Where in the Constitution does it say that the government can give preferences based on race or sex. (Affirmative Action). This is another government policy that has brought about the decline of America.

This president has long thought he was immune from the Constitution.

Sovereign immunity as a principle extends to state and local officials also. It’s pretty well established, although there are federal and state laws that limit its applicability somewhat.

Presidents have a lot of power, even by original intent and even more by modern legal butchery. A high level of legal immunity is part of that power and always has been.

He is a ‘queen’, not a king.

Obama is a Muslim first, an enthusiastic anti-white racist second. He’s skilled in the leftist/Marxist techniques of societal disruption, a/k/a “organizing”, which he employs in the service of these primary goals.

This behavior fits right in with that description.

It would also be unbelievable under any previous administration.

A constitutional amendment abolishing sovereign immunity might be necessary.

That would keep the elected officials in line.

Sovereign Immunity does not extend to illegal acts.

And the supreme court has already ruled that a sitting president can be sued.
