If he was determined to be an illegal alien, and in my mind not a citizen of the US, it wouldn’t be impeachment. It would be an instant removal from office for a suspended point of time needed to determine the justice department assessment and charges filed. And this is one that will not have a removal from office vote by congress but a supreme court trial as this is constitutional and not civil. But at this point, it would only put Biden in office. No improvement there.

The improvement is the re-establishment (anti-transformational) of the Rule of Law.
So, Biden is standing next to Roberts and Trump, instead of the current 'Resident.
If he is found to be an illegal alien, then every law he signed while occupying the office is automatically invalid.
