I agree, but the problem is that the US as a nation does not agree, and accepts this as being normal.
Even though Trump was elected, but we're still a long way from ridding the nation of this nonsense.
I think we'll have to start by seriously boycotting the companies that push this, even if it means doing without. We can't keep funding the promotion of this with our consumer dollars if we want to eliminate it.
The first step to do this is getting the number of lawyers under control so they don’t have to go around and represent “non-sense” for a paycheck.
Second tort reform, “loser pays” , so there is a cost for putting “nonsense” into the docket.
How to cut down the number of lawyers, I am open to suggestion though “Roman Decimation” has a “classical” appeal to it
