A 33-year-old man has been arrested in Florida on charges he helped Markeith Loyd, a fugitive suspected of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend and fatally shooting an Orlando police officer, leading to a massive manhunt in which another deputy died in a traffic accident.
Zarghee Mayan, of Orlando, is suspected of aiding Loyd after the murder the ex-girlfriend, 24-year-old Sade Dixon, who was slain Dec. 13.

Not that the Chicago hood speaks for all blacks, but the clearance rate (suspects charged) for homicides in 2016 was like 112/700. Most of the murders remain uncharged, unsolved. Mums the word.
Back to Florida killer- he couldn’t be in any worse shape. He has paternity $$ charges from 3 other woman. Shot his wife and unborn child in cold blood. shot and killed a well-loved woman 17yr veteran cop. Is indirectly responsible for the life of a 2nd cop accidently killed in pursuit.
Maybe he bought a bunch of food and hunkered down in a shack near the woods or he has driven out of state. If he’s still in Orlando area they will catch him. He can’t be seen in public in Central Florida.
Loyd’s enormous lips are an identifying feature claiming a third of his lower face. He will not blend in easily with the general population.
I live in Orlando - turns out one of my co-workers went to school with Sgt. Clayton. She said today this woman was one-in-a-million. Kind, smart, funny and full of life. Volunteered to do a lot with kids. Married a year ago to a gem who adored her.
Here’s the kicker- the killer and the sgt knew each other...grew up in same area etc. My friend said there’s no doubt he knew who he was shooting at...

Sgt. Clayton died a well-loved hero in her community and that has been reported in national news. Hard to imagine that she was off-duty shopping at Walmart when she was murdered.
Loyd is facing triple homicide charges: unborn baby, wife & Clayton.
This background explains why the price on his head went to 100K in 3 days. His days are limited, he will not be able to hide much longer and has likely risen on America’s Most Wanted.
