So, we have many ways to get the money for the wall. But for me I see an easy way for the first Billion dollars. Take the $135 million each year in aid and instead use it to fund the wall. Then charge remitances 20%. And slap tariffs on goods US manufactures left USA and set up shop in Mexico to produce, leaving millions of UE American workers

Vincente Fox you will pay for the F****** wall

20% on illegals wire transferring money to Mexico. Tarriffs
on goods produced in Mexico.

Retention of Aid. When wall is complete the Mexicans will not be allowed to trade until they cough up the money.

Do you not see this as making them pay up? Losing income is paying too.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You do know of course that Vincente Fox is not the president of Mexico.
Never was.
Perhaps you meant Vicente Fox. He used to be el Presidente. But not any more.
I wonder how many miles of wall per year we can build with that $135M. I hope we are about to find out.
FOLLOW THE MONEY-----the resignation of Agustin Carstens, chief of Mexico’s central bank, has left MSM pundits and even business analysts scratching their heads. It appears no-one has any idea why Carstens is leaving…...... well, almost no-one.
Betcha there's a lot of THERE, there.
ITEM--- Mexico has been swilling at the US trough....grabbing our tax dollars hand over fist.
ITEM---Mesico is one of the top ten countries receiving US foreign aid----almost a billion per year besides raking in hundreds of millions via the infamous "Merida Project."
ITEM--- Mexicans here send home back billions of our tax dollars.....the federales are prolly getting a huge cut of that.
ITEM--Some 125 countries including Muslim scum gather at the Mexican border to stroll into the US. Mexico prolly gets a fee from each country to let that happen.
=============================================
EVER WONDER WHAT HAPPENS TO HUMANITARIAN US
FOREIGN AID TO POVERTY-STRICKEN MEXICO AND CENTRAL AMERICA?
Alfonso Portillo---ex-president of Central America's Guatemala--- faced charges in New York that he used US banks to launder millions looted from his impoverished nation. Alfonso Portillo took office in 2000 pledging to (ahem) redistribute Guatemala’s wealth.
Portillo, 61, allegedly ran scams to drain the impoverished country's coffers. The feds say Portillo embezzled about $2.5M provided by the Taiwanese embassy....$1.5 million was earmarked for “Libraries for Peace”....books for school kids.
Portillo colluded w/ corrupt C/A insiders---he personally endorsed three $500,000 checks issued against an account at the Intl Bank of China in Manhattan, then deposited the cash in the Miami bank account of a Guatemalan bank controlled by a close associate and political supporter.
The embezzled foreign aid money was funneled to bank accounts in Paris in the names of Portillo’s ex-wife and daughter.
<><> Portillo swindled nearly $4M defense funds ...
<><> plundered the national bank run by his alleged co-conspirator...
<><> through overdrafts financed by public reserves the pilfered foreign aid money paid for expensive watches and cars, for Portillo and his associates. (NY POST excerpt 5/28/13)
Yeah, no more “aid” for mexico. There’s no reason to give them any money, regardless of whatever the bleeding heart leftist democrats and cheap labor republicans say.
Let them pay for their own failed nation.
We owe them nothing. They’ve been nothing but a pain in our ass since their very inception.
Here's another disturbing use of foreign aid.
TIME TO MOBILIZE THE WAY BACK MACHINE---all aspects of Bill Clinton's presidency and his foreign aid proclivities must be explored. Massive amounts of Clinton foreign aid to Colombia my have paved the way for Clinton Foundation buck-raking. News outlets reported: Clinton Foundation charity setup a money-making private equity fund in the corrupt Central American country of Colombia.
Why Colombia?
WIKI REFERENCE---In 2000, the Clinton administration committed $1.3 billion in foreign aid to the corrupt country of Colombia...... and up to five hundred military personnel to train local forces. An additional three hundred civilian personnel were allowed to assist in the eradication of coca.
The Clinton deal was an addition to $330 million of previously approved US aid to Colombia. $818 million was earmarked for 2000, with $256 million for 2001.
The Clinton-era appropriations for his Colombia Plan made Colombia the third largest recipient of foreign aid from the United States at the time.
--SNIP--
As of 2008, the U.S. has provided nearly $1.3 billion to Colombia through Clinton Plan Colombia nonmilitary aid programs:
<><> Alternative Development (2000-2008 cost: $500 million)
<><> Internally Displaced Persons (2000-2008 cost: $247 million)
<><> Demobilization and Reintegration (2000-2008 cost: $44 million)
<><> Democracy and Human Rights (2000-2008 cost: $158 million)
<><> Promote the Rule of Law (2000-2008 cost: $238 million)
LONG READ--REST AT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_Colombia
==============================
04/16/2008----Former President Bill Clinton has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars speaking on behalf of a Colombia-based group pushing the trade pact, and representatives of that organization tell The Huffington Post that the former president shared their sentiment.
In June 2005, Clinton was paid $800,000 by the Colombia-based Gold Service International to give four speeches throughout Latin America. The organization is, ostensibly, a development group tasked with bringing investment to the country and educating world leaders about the Colombia’s business opportunities.
The group’s chief operating officer, Andres Franco, said in an interview that the group supports the congressional ratification of the free trade agreement and that, when Clinton was on his speaking tour, he expressed similar opinions. “He was supportive of the trade agreement at the time that he came, but that was several years ago.
In the present context, I don’t know what his position would be. It is not only about union trade rights. It is about what benefit or damage it can do to the US economy,” said Franco. “Events with the Clinton campaign [concerning Mark Penn] are not good at all for the trade agreement... Right now it became a campaign issues and that is sad, because it needs to go through.”
The comments were supported by a June 23, 2005 article from the news portal Terra (uncovered by Ben Smith at Politico) in which Clinton offered unambiguous support for the free trade agreement with Colombia.
They appear to be the first public indication that Clinton has, at least in the past, supported the trade deal. But evidence that the former president has been sympathetic to Colombia’s position is widely known. In 2007, Clinton met personally with and accepted an award from Colombia’s controversial president, Alvaro Uribe, during a time when the country was attempting to improve its image within the United States.
Subsequently, Clinton urged Congress to view the country in a more favorable light.
Moreover, Clinton has helped Frank Giustra, one of the biggest donors to the Clinton Global Initiative, score meetings with high-ranking Colombian officials. Giustra has several business interests in the country, and both he and Clinton have collaborated on an effort to (cough) "fight poverty in developing world by partnering up with mining companies in Colombia and elsewhere." Obama administration gives $500m to UN climate change fund This is the second 1/2 billion of our money he's given them is less than a year, and it goes to muzzy countries.
 "Barack Obama has heeded calls to help secure the future of the historic Paris agreement by transferring a second $500m instalment to the Green Climate Fund, just three days before he leaves office. The fund was a key aspect of the Paris agreement signed in 2015, which aims to keep global warming “well below” 2C and aspires to keep warming to 1.5C. Established in 2010, it is financed by wealthy countries and used to assist developing countries with adaptation and mitigation. It was widely seen as a key measure to bring both rich and poor countries to the negotiating table.…... "
20% on illegals wire transferring money to Mexico.
Identified how? Is there a box that they check when they wire the money?
Tarriffs on goods produced in Mexico.
Tariffs are paid by consumers here, not producers in Mexico.
Retention of Aid. When wall is complete the Mexicans will not be allowed to trade until they cough up the money.
So if Mexico is not allowed to trade with us then your tariff revenue will be zero, won't it?
Do you not see this as making them pay up? Losing income is paying too.
So if I tell you that I am not going to give you $100 but instead will buy a lawnmower then does that mean you just paid for my lawnmower? Really?
20% on illegals wire transferring money to Mexico.
Then they'll bypass wiring the money and give it to coyotes and/or cousin Pablo hoping it'll get delivered.
No more catch and release. Catch and immediately put them on wall building duty. Of course, BP and army would need to be well armed.
ITEM---Secy Hillary’s Two Official Favors To Morocco Resulted In
$28 Million For Clinton Foundation
a naked bribe and a major scandal.
ITEM---Michele Obama's recent official visit to Morocco nets the Obamas 100 million dollars
====================================================
TIME LINE TO CLINTON/OBAMA RICHES--
The MO pols use to steal from taxpayers includes foreign aid.
2008---the US State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) (chaired by Hillary) commenced a five-year, $697.5 million compact with the Kingdom of Morocco to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth.
The State Dept's MCC compact invests in expansion of fruit tree agriculture (including olives, nuts, and dates), support for small-scale fisheries and fish-markets, enhancement of the artisanal sector in the city of Fes, and training for small-scale businesses across all these sectors .........with an emphasis on training for women and youth including literacy training.
2012---Former Secy of State Hillary Clinton shakes hands with Morocco's
Foreign Minister Saad Eddine Othmani in Rabat Feb 26, 2012.
2015--Former US president Bill Clinton, on a private visit to Morocco, was received in the Rabat royal palace by HM King Mohammed VI.
ABC News reported in may 6, 2015 that ex-president Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s Global Initiative were being hosted at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco by one of the world's most controversial mining companies, criticized for "serious human rights violations" by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice.
The Moroccan government-owned mining company OCP operates in disputed international territory in a remote part of the Saharan Desert and the firm has been criticized for removing the resources without adequately compensating the impoverished people who live there.“
Any time the human rights of a population are systematically suppressed in this type of way it's a serious concern, and I think it's worthy of attention,” said David McKean, who has studied the issue for the RFK center.
OCP mining paid $1 million to help host the event and throw a private cocktail reception, to the dismay of human rights activists.
2015---Hillary Gets Paid Off By The King Of Morocco: Bill Clinton got (a) paid speeches, (b) Clinton Foundation donations, and, in return, then-Secy Hillary would give US support from the State Dept. Despite Morocco's human rights abuses, Hillary was viewed as being “among its most ardent supporters in the Obama administration.”
WIKILEAKS---"This was HRC’s idea, our office approached the Moroccans and they 100 percent believe they are doing this at her request. The King has personally committed approx. $12 million both for the endowment and to support the meeting.”
Abedin said Clinton’s attendance at the CGI event was a condition of the $12 million contribution. “Just to give you some context, the condition upon which the Moroccans agreed to host the meeting was her participation. If HRC was not part if it, meeting was a non-starter,” Abedin said.
============================================
2016 OBAMAS READY TO CASH-IN---Pres O gave Mrs O $100 million tax dollars from the State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation (chaired by Hillary) on Michele's visit to Morocco for the purpose of "teaching Muslim girls"...... to be administered by the post-presidency tax-exempt Obama Foundation.
Michele, her daughters and her mother in Morocco's palace.
Look at that smile----getting 100 million tax dollars to spend free and clear makes even greedy Michele smile.
