Those attending those “$149” tax courses have it drilled in their heads not only EITC but are the “other” family members they are claiming as a deduction truly a deduction. And if you screw up as a tax preparer your on the hook. An Enrolled Agent told me I know the 16,000 IRS agents added were not for Obamacare, but for the these two areas that are prone to abuse...

Ergo, illegals have two governments looking after their interests.....our govt subsidizing them, and the Mexican govt making sure they collect.
Its time the US govt look after the interests of American citizens.
EITC cannot be cost effectively fixed. We would have to hire a hundred thousand more IRS agents. End EITC.
End EITC. Replace it with NO TAX on low income workers. No FICA, No SS, No Medicare. No Employer share. No employee share.
Employee now takes home big bucks with no change in minimum wage.
Employer has less overhead in reporting to the Feds. Most importantly, employers will structure their businesses to be productive, not to game the IRS regs (at least for this part).
Customers will have no increase in prices, unlike a raise in minimum wage.
A win for everyone except the unions, lobbyists and protestors.
Also, no welfare for any immigrant. Nobody should come here to get welfare. Not TANF, Not EBT, Not SNAP, Not WIC, Not Medicaid, Not Medicare, Not SSI. Not legals, not illegals, not refugees, not naturalized citizens.
Also cut back eligibility for SSI welfare of citizens.
Currently, welfare has more take home pay than work.
Cutting taxes increased take home pay to exceed welfare. So there is less reason to choose welfare over work as many now do.
Add free healthcare, free everything. These people see the USA as the World Powerball jackpot

2nd, NO Citizen should pay 0% in taxes, let alone $$ ‘back’ (which they NEVER earned). Not the ‘poor’, the sick, the old\retired...NOBODY should have ZERO skin in the cost of their govt and the services (il)legally provided.
Illegals are in this country illegally, put then in jail back in there home country. Shoot them if they come back to the USA.
Red herring. A deported illegal immigrant would have a pretty hard time collecting social benefits.
Deport them all. Fine and jail the criminals who employ them. Problem solved.
