Ketsup on steak?
If it's well-done, then that may be the only way to save it.
I know! Right? I cringed! But I will forgive him this horrible waste of a perfectly good steak! Course well done? ICK! Medium rare thank you very much!
I love Ketchup on steak. Why do people get offended by that but have no problem with steak sauce?
Anyway, fun to learn I have something in common with The President
Yea, that’s just wrong. Salt, pepper, are the only seasoning necessary for a steak.
Liver on the other hand.... boy howdy, th re isn’t enough seasonings to make that palatable.
That’s what I thought. Putting catsup on steak is the first negative thing I’ve learned about the president.
Him and me both. I will put it on when I eat at a place where I dont know. I order it well done and then out comes the bottle.
If I eat at a place I know, I will order it rare, and wont put it on.
If ketchup on steak is what he likes, that is what he likes and being over age 21 can eat what he likes.
Grow up, eat some brain food, and get over it...
“Ketsup on steak?”
To each his own. This could be a thread unto itself. Ketchup... Mix with balsamic or even a malt vinegar and a dash of Louisiana does it for me. And sometimes it’s just Salt and freshly ground Pepper or maybe mayo. I only use mustard on hamburgers though.
Also... because I do not eat much beef, I now go for the grass fed organic, which tastes like the beef we used to get in the 60’s.
Aged? Isn’t USA beef aged for 2 weeks? The oldest aged beef I’ve purchased was 6 weeks and it was noticeably different.
Well done? I prefer medium, just a little pink.
