Since well before his historic and shocking win, President Trump has done fierce battle with the media. It’s an adversarial relationship in which neither side likes — or perhaps even respects — the other. There’s nothing new about that. Chief executives have done battle with the press corps since America’s founding, and it’s often been even uglier than it is now. What’s more, the media has become ever more liberal. That, too, makes sense. Newspapers have been gobbled up by huge media corporations, and both depend on ads for revenue. Where are the best markets? In the cities, populated by liberals (just check that red and blue map of the 2016 presidential election if you need proof). The once-unbiased Associated Press has even moved hard left as it seeks to provide its paying clients with copy they want — and that copy has a leftish lean. Again, that’s just business, giving the customers what they want. But it still means the media has moved left, a point few can seriously doubt.

But it doesn’t explain why TV is liberal.
They’re not being sold at newsstands in a big city.
They reach everywhere so geographic location is not as important.
And they’re still left

The White House Correspondents dinner is ostensibly a charity event, raising money for ‘journalism’ scholarships. I was curious about what these scholarships are for. They all go to students who want to attend far left journalism programs to pursue leftist political agendas instead of factual reporting. Conservatives should refuse to support this leftist ‘charity’.

which can include visiting or meeting with various groups, yes, but WH correspondents dinners are about as helpful in governing USA as Oscar awards ceremonies

It would be great if he might attend an alternate event for conservative journalists and bloggers. I would suggest somewhere outdoors and in the west, just to make the contrast complete. Time to shake things up, so much b.s. in public life these days, people saying things they don’t mean to people who want to support crazy ideas for no rational reason. It seems that half the people in all western countries went crazy and the other half are too shell shocked to do much more than shuffle along hoping some crazy person doesn’t end their life. And it will only get worse unless we shake everything up and make the left totally irrelevant because wherever they are relevant, things get worse.

When the media assists the Democratic party in a slash and burn campaign against the current administration, they are NOT MY MEDIA. When the publishing industry gives a 60 million dollar advance to the Obamas for their book deal to give Obama a platform to continue being an alternative government entity that is trying to hamstring Trump with lies and deceit, they are NOT MY MEDIA.
And therein is the problem. It's not news anymore; it's an agenda. Newspaper are dying in part because people want news, not an opinion passing for news. Still, the MSM insists on shooting itself in the foot. Pretty soon they won't have a leg to stand on (pun intended) and the entire print media goes the way of the buggy whip.
Just look at where they are headquartered.
None of us care what lefties think... well, other than John McCain and Linda...they still care. I’ll bet those two quislings show up tonight.
