You don’t seem to understand what Bernanke did. Obamacare funding is in the budget. The Federal Reserve can Quantitative Ease all the money needed to keep it from causing “collapse”, whatever you think collapse means.
This is not a Federal Reserve conspiracy theory. It’s simply what they would do to ensure bonds used to fund the program are indeed bought.

The GOP controls the House, and there is no filibuster in the House. The only way it doesn't pass in the House is if a bunch of Republicans vote against it.
