The whole “case” has been delayed, by a formal request from the Justice Department to the “Ethics Committee”, before they even take up any concern about the allegations. The Committee agreed to the delay request.
Something about a $50,000 dollar loan and the campaign fund.
Could be a simple error, could be trouble, could be innocent mistake, could be flagrant violation.
