Nope- He testified that it was —”Abosultely— Settled Law” (Even though no supreme court cases have been heard challenging gay marriage- like the following which he describes simply as ‘settled law”
And also testified that Roe Vs Wade was ‘settled law’ which had several cases that have ‘established precedence’ on hte issue when asked if Roe Vs Wade was ‘superprecedence’ or not
Not sure how he3 came OT the conclusion that gay marriage is “ABSOLUTELY settled Law” even before any challenges have been heard to establish precedence or not
people claim he is the next Scalia- yet Scalia was not shy and didn’t bow to political correctness when it came to the issue of gay marriag-e
he also said Roe v Wade is settled law.
