My post to Congressman Jason Chaffetz yesterday, "Vaccine injuries are real and devastating. One in 68 children now has autism. Autism should be declared a national emergency and a higher priority. I support an independent vaccine safety commission and request that you subpoena CDC Whistleblower Dr. William Thompson."

Imagine that, someone in the Media actually acknowledged that people are concerned about vaccine safety.

We'll never know, but ...

I wonder how many "protesters" in today's cold, rainy day, will continue to live because they were inoculated WAAYYY back there when they were a child, by the urgency of their lame, unprogressive parents.

It’s undeniably true...

You can’t get Autism if you’re dead from Polio.

I’m not 100% convinced that vaccines are the devil (or his work), but I am very, very skeptical. I think one REALLY easy and cheap study could be a double-blind study:

(1) 10,000 people who get the normal flu shot (study group)

(2) 10,000 people who get injected with saline (placebo group)

(3) 10,000 people who do neither (control group)

I would actually be curious to see the results for each of the groups above. I havent taken a flu shot since I retired from the AF in 2002. I don’t perceive that I’ve been any sicker or healthier than I was when I was getting shot every year. And, no, I am not a germaphobe nor was I somebody who megadosed on vitamins or other measures, and yes, for a lot of this time I was hanging around kids as my daughter was growing up (and since she’s fully grown, I still don’t shy away from any place).

Autism has a genetic basis as well as unknown factors. I have a disabled child, but I am not blaming a technology that has saved at least a hundred million lives.

“One in 68 children now has autism.”

No freaking way!

1 in 68 have parents that hate children being children so they medicate them. Schools love it because they get money for calling a child autistic and medicating.

Medical research has been so politicized I never completely believe anything coming out of the Medical community these days. My son had the required vaccinations back in the day, with no repercussions. Maybe we were just lucky. But when it comes to Gardasil, I am on board here. It was never tested on young ones. And those are the ones being targeted, ‘before they become sexually active’. There have been numerous devastating side effects from this vaccination, unluding some deaths. But it was pushed hard by the Obama Admin as a silver bullet for preventing cervical cancer, caused by HPV. I wonder how much the drug company was ‘gifted’ with for this magic inoculation. I am such a cynic, that I figure those in charge thought they could do away with the cost of Pap smears, if every preteen had this vaccine. Insurance used to cover a yearly Pap smear for every woman. Now it’s 18-49, once every 3 years; 50-65, every 5 years and after age 65, only if you have symptoms. And trust me, if you have ‘symptoms’ (bleeding) after age 65, it is probably too late to save you. That’s my rant today. Hope some TRUTH TELLER figures out what is going on here. Parents must be devastated by the occasional side effects of vaccines.

Well, when I and millions of other kids were growing up in the '50's, polio was real and devastating. We were lined up by the thousands and vaccinated.

Guess what! Polio, the scourge of children and young adults was wiped out, that is, until we allowed open borders and unvaccinated people in.

In my day, what is now being called autism was being 'spacey'. Most of the kids I knew grew out of it.

I don’t know what to think of this vaccine stuff going on. I do believe that it has nothing to do with the rise in autism. By belief is that the increase in autism rates has much more to do with the level of anti-depressant use in the population — particularly among females while pregnant.

That said, I am a little curious about some of this. I went for my checkup the other day and I needed a Tetanus booster. The doctor said that it was combined with a Whooping Cough booster.

What???

Why do they need to combine those two together? Seems like an opening for trouble when they start mixing these things for injection...

Thank you for posting this, Kathy.

My local elementary school went from having no special education children 30 years ago to currently having separate departments for special education just within one elementary school. Autism now has its own department.

I’ve seen children with autism that are not spoiled, and have very involved parents who do not over or under parent. They are placed in the same classrooms as non-Special education students, which makes it next to impossible to effectively teach to all students.

There are numerous sites which present factual information, but I will just list the links below for those who may be interested. I haven’t seen the movie Vaxxed. The powers that be banned it from playing at the Tribeca Film.

With all the “immigrants” coming in from 3rd world countries, do we really want our kids to be vulnerable to the 3rd world diseases they’ll bring...that we’ve wiped out via vaccines?

They need to put their energy into keeping the immigrants out! They aren’t real immigrants anyway!

Why do you post this bilge?

As far as I’m concerned, anti-vaxxers are soulmates of the pro-abortion mongers. The goal of both groups is the same: to cause more children to die.

As little as a decade ago, infectious diseases were responsible for over half of all deaths. Deaths from infectious disease are now less than half of the total, but still are responsible for more deaths than any other single cause. Also, FYI, infectious disease is a significant cause of many cancers and heart disease. So, when infectious disease related cancer and heart disease deaths are counted along with infectious disease deaths, it is apparent that infectious disease is responsible for the majority of deaths.

So when I see someone advocate against preventing deadly infectious disease, I automatically assume they have the same motives as abortion proponents. They hate people, and want to kill them off.
