The Trump Administration created a tool for Americans to report H-1B visa fraud in their workplace. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a tip-line for Americans who are the victims of foreign worker outsourcing through the H-1B visa in a news release.
“Information submitted to the email address will be used for investigations and referrals to law enforcement agencies for potential prosecution,” the release stated.
Every year, more than 85,000 Americans potentially lose their jobs to foreign labor through the H-1B visa program.
In addition, the Trump Administration is implementing stricter oversight over the current employers who hire H-1B visa workers instead of Americans.
Under the new guidelines, USCIS will visit worksites of where H-1B visas are used, looking for cases where the employer’s basic business information does not specifically validate why foreign workers are being used instead of American workers.

Just END the H1B program. We have 98 million people out of work, so there is NO EXCUSE to bring in more foreign people...PERIOD! There is plenty of skilled labor here, but companies need to be willing to pay these people a reasonable salary. I’m sick of seeing CEO’s get big bonuses for cutting labor cost using H1B people.

I don’t think this will even dent the problem. 85,000 H-1B interlopers will take jobs from Americas this year, and next year and next .....
I am not sure what is “new” as the form and have been in place for a while. Like you, I suspect little will change. Better to simply kill H1B, L1, and other visa programs.
Nothing will be solved until a big tariff/tax is put on outsourced services. Reducing h1-bs and enforcing the laws is great, but companies will just shift the jobs straight to India.
...big doings, most of these guys you see pumping gas (India) are H-1B petroleum engineers....the way they work it is...they work one location for two years....the same owner moves them to another location of his every two years

We gotta get Congress to end H1B. Trump can’t do it.
I’m retired now the company that I worked for did not hire H1B’s before 2014. They found attorneys and consultants that made it easy To hire H1B’s. Since 2014 they only hire non Americans. Anymore there’s no ads in the paper there’s no looking for candidates they just go to these attorneys and tell them what they need. The whole system stinks. I know it is next to slavery because these Indians can leave or quit.
