Protecting illegal aliens from our laws is a direct violation of the oath of office to faithfully execute the laws.
So was the law in Scotland under Sir William Wallace. Was still enforced though.
Does the DOJ get to reject the judge and obtain a new assignment? State courts give a free rejection, no cause required.
There is no doubt that you are right, but there also is no doubt that Judge La Raza will find a theory that allows this Dreamer to stay, and will maybe impose a restraining order requiring it for all Dreamers. He’ll find some violation of due process due to Obama saying they can stay. He will be upheld by the 9th circus. He will be overturned by the SC, but it will take 4 years, meantime the Dems will find a way to make millions of them into new voters.
You are suppose to not apply the law to these dreamers. Only follow the one you want. I bet judge will turn a blind eye to these infractions.
I know you are right, but that is the problem with activists judges. Obama might have put out a directive on these dreamers, but it was never the law.
I thought he could get a license in California. Too hard or maybe he cant pass test.
Why bother with the hassle of getting a driver's license when, if you're one of Obama's favored demographics, there's practically no penalty for driving without one?
Yeah, I was part of the Freeper contingent that got the preliminary injunction plea before Greg Abbott who as TX AG filed in Judge Hanen’s court regarding DAPA.
But the DAPA, although halted, was still in the court process. It was President Trump that had the DOJ drop the court case to overcome the Prelim Injunction. President Trump then canceled the underlying EO that created DAPA.
DACA is a mixed bag because there are some kids that have grown up as Americans but were brought here illegally and are still illegal. But some DACA persons are frauds, President Trump did the right thing to review each DACA person on a case-by-case basis. It may take a couple of years to clean up the DACA mess that Obama created but after it’s cleaned up, there won’t be any more such programs and we can expect the DACA EO to be canceled.
The GOP and their spinelessness have nothing to do with DACA. They did not create it. It was created by Obama as an Executive Order.
President Trump has been doing exactly the right thing on all these issues.
The GOP should have been in court the day after Obama signed this illegal executive order.
Letting it be implemented has created the mess.
The GOP of Congress could not pass a law without Obama signing it into law.
Obama went further into dictatorship.
They could have sued in court like the states did to stop his lawless action.
The did not because they wanted amnesty, in whatever way, for as many as they could get it.
