That’s the first picture I’ve ever seen of Chelsea where I see a resemblance to Bill Clinton, in the mouth, the way the smile is angled. After the presumption over so many years that Webb Hubbell might be or is her father, here-finally I do see Bill Clinton for the first time-in her smile.
