He, if guilty, and a DNA test should clear that up, should go to jail, then if an immigrant, should then be deported. The girl was 14 at the time, so I am more willing to cut her some slack for poor judgement.
You have to be careful with that. I have heard of rapists demanding and getting visitation rights to see the kid conceived when they raped the mother. Kudos to the mothers in these cases for not killing the kid, but the judges who order this emotional abuse on them should rot in hades.
