I don’t know if it is true in this case but one thing you have to remember. Often officials want to do something but know that the voters may not like it.

So a fake lawsuit is brought in front of a friendly judge who rules the way the officials really want it, and they get the change they want while claiming they were forced to do it.

The key is which cases they appeal and which ones they simply accept.

Californians enjoy being the laughing stock of the country.

Good point, but it looks like the federal government courts are making unwilling Californians engage in this insanity.

LMFAO!!!!
I wouldn’t live in CA if they gave me the whole damn state.....LMAO!!!!
The classic symptom of insanity due to the mental disease known as liberalism is wholly manifested in that crap hole.

At some point, citizens are going to invade the courthouses with pitchforks, bats, tar and feathers, and run these guys outta town. This Bezerkley-educated O’Bozo appointee seems like a good place to start.

A more reasonable judge would have run the lawyers who brought this before him with his gavel. Spencer Tracy, where are you now that we need you?

The supreme court has already granted the State’s a remedy for these orders regarding fiscal policy of the State. It is called the Kelo Decision, and it granted State’s the absolute authority to Seize Property for Economic gain.

Begin Seizing Federal Property, and this Judge’s House. sell them at auction and use their money to fund their orders.

The representations of Elizabeth I indicate that she must have worn compression tops. Or they indicate something else.

They can, because their “decisions” are never effectively questioned, and they do. They can require new taxes and they can raise taxes. There is nothing in the Constitution that any more limits what a judge can do. When a judge assumes a new power, the legislators and the population just accept that that is what the Constitution does say. On the 2nd Amendment they get some pushback but that will evaporate, too, if the Democrats get a majority on the USSC or if enough Constitutional Justices “grow in office” as they have been historically wont to do.

Apparently, “Insanity” has become a contest.

California seems to be winning.

I’m not sure what the grand prize is; but it can’t be good.
