Inciting violence should qualify. Bet with his comment an investigation will show gang ties. Maybe with a subversive group like La Raza or terrorist group like M-13.
I cannot imagine going to another country receiving an education at their finest university, accepting financial aid, scholarships, living allowances and awards and then organizing violent actions on that country's citizens. And not being afraid of being arrested or worse.
It is unbelievable that U.C. Berkeley tolerates and rewards this type of behavior. Wait, this is Berkeley. After all the city is ruled by an anarchist Mayor who belongs to BAMN — terrorist group known as “By Any Means Necessary.” Although the Mayor now claims he friended the organization to only gather information. Right.
Really nothing surprises me about U.C. Berkeley, the city or the Mayor. They have nothing but hate and disgust for America. Sad.

I think he is more of a pampered, intellectually gifted, smug little wannabe anarchist. The type university professors and leftist intellectual elites adore. They encourage his hatred for America and racial hatred for whites.
It is sickening to watch him deliver a hate-filled speech condemning white citizens with fawning white liberal professors nodding approval and clapping encouragement.

If this “student” is a known illegal immigrant, why is he still in the US?
Forward this item to ICE. We got enough punks in the US, we don’t need to import more.. or let illegals come here and abuse other citizens rights or incite violence.
