In the 1950’s it was already 30%. The book The Bell Curve was dead accurate.
The per capita incidence of multiple wives 4 Muslim men has in the Middle East is actually rather low.
but when those men come to Europe in fact the incidence climbs very much.

Just a thought—If the US stopped paying unwed women to have children, I bet the illegitimacy rate across all races would drop dramatically.
Young uneducated unmarried females birthing innocent vulnerable dependent babies should be be stigmatized and condemned as what it is, child abuse/neglect!

Another Obama gift that keeps on giving. It is simply amazing how many African-Americans have no idea how badly Obama, The CBC, the NAACP & the entire Democrat Party has screwed and their children for many decades yet come!!! Sad.....that these folks have nary a clue who their real enemy is.

There is another demonstration of the folly of “Great Society Policies” unfolding in rural & semi-rural America. With the economic collapse of a means to make a living in those places, the government: FedGov, State & Local all step in with welfare policies. What de we see? The same social pathologies occurring and playing out that we saw in inner city America. Single parent families, crime, abuse, rise of gangs and soaring drug use! Rats this time can’t claim they don’t know what the consequences of such policies bring! It was demonstrated once before. Its also been demonstrated (and is still on going!) that pouring more money in solves nothing, if anything it makes it worse!
During my years in high school in Northern CA in the late 1950s, our county had ( and probably still does) have a serious welfare fraud problem in our “black precincts.” They tried to conduct “unannounced visits” to black welfare recipient females to try and determine just how many children each of them actually had, because they were “sharing” their kids to boost child welfare payments. When they started getting caught by reason of the “unannounced visits” they went to court and a court found that it was “reasonable” for the county to make appointments to visit. Hopefully, now with the cameras we have, they are at least taking pictures of the children to try and stem this abuse of the system.
This is why poverty tends to run along racial lines. But alas, Black and Hispanic libs are the ultimate conspiracy theorists. No matter how much proven facts and statistics you show them, they still denounce it as “denial of racism”. They’ll never believe the truth even if we tell it to them.
