Didn’t Trump invoke an EO that decapitated “Waters of the US”?

Yes - the Federal, County and City Governments own all of the land mass by imposing taxes on every square inch - we truly do just rent the surface for our businesses, homes and farms.

tights are obliterated.

one can only hope that’s what happens to Mrs. Clinton’s pantsuits...

I hope not.
That would leave her with NOTHING to wear.

“Do not live in Kalifornica.”

Good! Keep that notion going. Then maybe those of us who still love this state will become the majority once again and kick out the RATs. Because California, on it’s worst day, is light years ahead of any other state in the union!

Because California, on it’s worst day, is light years ahead of any other state in the union!

The only good thing left about California is the weather.

The roads suck.

The taxes suck.

The anti-gun laws suck.

The price of housing sucks.

The colleges do not educate, they indoctrinate.

The illegal coddling and welfare sucks.

The law is subjective and that sucks.

The good people are already moving out in droves. The riff-raff is moving in and the corrupt govt is encouraging it. Good luck kicking out the RATS. The state will have to go through a financial collapse to have a chance at restoring sanity.

Sounds like the federal government, especially the Army Corps of engineers. How did they get so much power?

He’s right about it being Army Corps of Engineers and not the state...

Army Corp Engineer Matthew Kelley started this in an assertion that earth was tilled 3 feet deep which would result in massive silting in wetlands. A mechanized survey of estuary pools then established sedimentation levels supporting contention that only normal tillage of 4 to 7 inches was employed. The cease and desist had been issued in error.

Now ACE insisted a permit was needed to operate a farming operation, claiming jurisdiction over operations upon the farmland. In contention since 2013.

How can they import masses of food from Mexico if they dont keep bankrupting US farmers? This is a planned operation to decrease US food production to force increased food importation.

The enemies within are just despicable.

It wouldn’t be all that hard to skim the article and assume that CA is the problem — the state is so incredibly bad and antithetical to freedom. I was born in CA, live in MA. Sadly, these states have earned their bad reputation among freedom-loving people.

What part of the 8th amendment that these liberal fascists wave around concerning excessive fining do they not understand?!

That it exists… much, I suspect, like the 5th Amendment's protection of private property in legal matters, or the 3rd in military matters, or the 4th in general life matters, or the 2nd in defense matters…

You and your cohorts let the California situation develop and hardly have a hope in Hell of reversing it. No need to get all huffy and “Patriotic,” with others who simply state the obvious.

“Did you really think we want those laws observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against... We’re after power and we mean it... There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”
