The LGBTQ+ Equality March has little to no basis in reality.
Another week, another protest against the president. Russian hookers and pathetic attempts at infrastructure week aside, the never-ending cavalcade of self-aggrandizement has to be the most annoying feature of Trump’s America... But the upcoming LGBTQ+ Equality March has little to no basis in reality.
At the beginning of the century, Hillary Clinton was proudly declaring that marriage is between a man and a woman on the Senate floor while Barack Obama was doing so in the pages of The Audacity of Hope. Donald Trump did the same in a 2000 interview with The Advocate, but he also called for the inclusion of sexual orientation as a protected class under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and a “strong domestic-partnership law that guarantees gay people the same legal protections and rights as married people.”
From his days of publicly supporting AIDS foundations in the ’80s through decades of promoting openly gay staffers through the Trump Organization, Trump has continually reflected cosmopolitan and libertarian sensibilities about LGBTQ+ rights. Yet while Clinton and Obama “evolved” on the issue of gay marriage, the media has branded Trump as “flip-flop[ping].” (Trump announced that he was “fine with” same-sex marriage immediately after winning the presidency.)

Perhaps I don’t see things clearly, but I look at President Trump and I think:
He’s not against homosexuals in any way.
He’s not against blacks in any way.
He’s not against women in any way.
But the media tells me he’s worse than Hitler.
My belief is that this is all 100% about abortion. He’s against that. Therefore he needs to be ceaselessly attacked on all fronts.
I’ve heard some liberal protester types say how Trump is Hitler , and parrot the Washington Post meme about how democracy dies in darkness, and we are in a new dark age and all that. But nobody ever gives examples of how Trump is like Hitler.
Now that we have court ordered nationwide homosexual marriage, what is the new cause that they are pushing?? Transgender bathroom access???

It does not matter WHAT he does, or even does not do. He will be attacked (lied about) by the radical left MSM and its cohorts. The left cannot stand losing many of the obscene and oppressive powers that two terms of Obama and his America-hating lawlessness provided for the left.
They stink. They are filthy. And they will not stop trying to cram their anti-American agenda down the throats of the REAL Americans who want nothing to do with them and their radical ways.
Salt Lake City had one of these “marches” yesterday at the federal building. Covered endlessly by the local media, interviewing people who repeatedly claimed they are afraid the government is headed in a direction where their rights will be violated, and they’ll be treated like second class citizens. They completely missed the irony that the keynote speaker at their protest rally was the openly lesbian mayor of Salt Lake City, who is operating one of the most “progressive” administrations this city has ever seen. She was there protesting, too, sticking it to “the man”.
Liberals are stupid.
I read that an event organised by Gays Against Sharia to mark the anniversary of the Orlando shooting has been branded “divisive” and “Islamophobic” by LGBT activists planning a counter-protest. Really.
I remember a year ago, when this horrific act of radical Islamic terrorism was reported, the contrast of the pandering on the left vs the brutal truth from Trump on this matter. I also recall reading about lots of gays buying firearms and getting training. I would not be surprised if part of Trump's margin of victory in Florida came from gay "converts" to Trumpism.
Orlando represents an embodiment of Buckley's "Why does baloney reject the grinder?" response to a query of why RFK wouldn't debate him on Buckley's show. The statists tried very hard to make Orlando look like an act of workplace violence because any rational gay person saw it for what it was: what life would ultimately look like under Madame President. That is, gays aren't worth as many bonus points to Swamp-dwellers as are illegals and terrorists. In contrast, everyone is treated as equals when you MAGA.
If some people could get over their sometimes knee-jerk commentary that basically calls all gays reprobates, when lots of gays want to be left alone AND may be open to the ideas of liberty and freedom (and ultimately in need of prayers), the Dems would lose a big chunk of this voting block. The statists see that potential, which is ultimately the reason for the counter-protest mentioned above and related hysteria.
But the media tells me he’s worse than Hitler.
And the sheeple - aka LIVs - believe it. The brainwashing - there's no other word for it - is incredible.
The March for Marching.
All these “marchers” should be rounded up, and DRAFTED into the Army. Let them go on long marches, with 90 pounds of gear, and no wide-screen TV’s to steal.
They march against sanity, plain and simple.
