OH is often the example of the state where the heroin epidemic is most out of control. So is Medicaid for all. One can't help but wonder if too-easy access to medical care for every ache and pain has been a factor in people getting addicted to pain killers.
That's pure speculation, of course. But it wouldn't surprise me.
