Exactly! The media are running wild with this but I remember the quote. It was both humor and slight sarcasm, hinting that there might be a recording by someone, probably the NSA. It was a dig at the people who'd leaked stuff on him. I knew exactly what he meant when he said it but the talking heads are trying to turn it into impeachment-level "news" -- it's about as serious as his two scoops of ice cream.

And there’s a chance that, even though Trump tweeted that he didn’t tape their conversations, and that he doesn’t physically have any tapes, there could BE tapes. And Comey might know that’s a possibility of that. Comey might have been the one doing the taping, and they could’ve been found in his office the day he was fired in California.
